We are looking for a Lead Marketing Technology Engineer (m/f/d) to set up the technical infrastructure of data gathering and processing for our customers and to advise on the data-driven analysis of digital marketing campaigns. In addition, you will support us with your expertise in data-driven management of our own operations.

What you can expect:
You will work in the following languages: English 🇬🇧 (fluency required) and German 🇩🇪
You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring our customer projects and supporting our marketers with segmentations in our DMP, CDP, CRM, DWH and Marketing Automation systems
You are responsible for building our own MarTech stack for data analysis and develop a standard reporting framework with relevant KPI's for our customers
You design and develop our DWH with data from our time tracking, finance, sales etc. in Google BigQuery and evaluate the data for business planning, people analytics and client reporting
You prepare data and reports with the help of visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Chartio or Power BI and can explain complex relationships easily
You take over the design and are responsible for the implementation and optimization of the technical customer journeys (e.g. personalization) for further lead generation
You will take over the leadership and further development of the Marketing Engineers team
You have ideally completed a degree in the field of IT, Business Information Systems or Media Information Systems, or have a similar qualification
You have gained 3+ years of professional experience in the field of data and/or analytics in a digital environment (e.g. startup, agency, consultancy, digital PurePlayer, etc.)
You have solid knowledge in web tracking (e.g. Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Snowplow) and data analysis in relevant tools like Google Data Studio, R, Power BI
You have already led a small team or you would like to gain your first experience as a leader
You have an agile mindset, an entrepreneurial way of thinking, and inspire your colleagues every day
You speak fluent English and if you have some knowledge of German this would be a nice to have
